Health-n-Energy - who we are and who we're not!

Lets start with who we're not:

	A huge faceless Multinational with thousands of employees!
	An internet store that stocks every product in the book and then some

But we try hard to be:

	Very personal and caring
	An internet store that appreciates our customers, and gives them a fair deal
	On a limited number of products we have spent time in selecting - not just what the product is, but what it promised to do, and who makes it.
	International in reach - we have long term repeat customers from all over the globe. We try to keep in contact with them, and go the extra mile to deal with the intricacies and frustrations of international shipments.

We are also not perfect, and we do make mistakes occasionally like anyone else. But we recognize this, and do our best to make amends.

We also know our Web Site does not please everyone and we do not attempt to stock every product.

We value your suggestions on how we can serve you better. If you have any suggestions please email them to us and we will see what we can do.

What we do appreciate is our Customer base, and their comments and requests. Without this constant feedback, it would be easy to get sidetracked into an impersonal Web Site, this is by no means our goal.
