Clinical Study With Natural Estrogen

Natural Estrogen is the only phytoestrogen product that's been proven to work in a clinical trial. Dr. Barry Gushleff recently completed a study of 381 menopausal women given Natural Estrogen. There was dramatic improvement in symptoms such as hot flashes, headache, nervousness, sleep disturbances, and depression in 87% to 92% of the patients. Most of the women who participated in the study are still taking Natural Estrogen. Many of them have been able to stop taking estrogen drugs such as Premarin.

Dosage Schedule For Natural Estrogen

One capsule of Natural Estrogen may equal one 0.625 tablet of Premarin. Natural Estrogen should be taken cyclically: three weeks on and one week off, beginning on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle for pre-menopausal women, and any day for post-menopausal women.

Although women can go "cold turkey" from estrogen drugs to Natural Estrogen without adverse side effects, Dr. Gushleff recommends that women who have been taking estrogen drugs gradually wean themselves off these drugs.
